22 Quayside, William Morris Way,
London, SW6 2UZ
Quayside is a red-brick office building (with distinctive blue window frames) next to the Harbour Club (looking more like a green warehouse than an expensive health club) just off Townmead Road, about 7 minutes walk west from Imperial Wharf Overground Station. Turn off Townmead Road at Watermeadow Lane and our building is on the left at the junction with William Morris Way. The entrance is on the river (south) side of the building.
Detailed directions from the main transport links follow. If you would appreciate further help planning your journey, give us a call. When you leave, you can rely on picking up a taxi quickly – we’re on the short-cut back to central London that taxis can take through Chelsea Harbour.
Google Maps is accurate except for the description of our immediate area as Parsons Green. It isn’t.
The C3 bus links the Imperial Wharf and Chelsea Harbour developments with Earls Court (tube) and Clapham Junction (rail) and takes about 10 minutes (more in rush hour). Ask for the Sainsbury’s stop on Townmead Road.
The nearest tube is Fulham Broadway (District line). The walk is 25 minutes. There are bus stops on Harwood Road which runs south from Fulham Broadway (cross over the road outside the station and take next left) and there are four very close bus routes so you can take whatever comes first. The 391 terminates at Sainsbury’s at the junction of Townmead Road and William Morris Way – two minutes away; or the 424 and ask for the Sainsbury’s stop. The 28 and 295 both go down Wandsworth Bridge Road and stop at Townmead Road (last stop before the bridge) leaving a 5 minute walk past Sainsbury’s to William Morris Way.
Imperial Wharf Station (London Overground) is about 7 minutes walk and is the quickest route for most parts of London. Wandsworth Town (rail) is a 15 minutes walk and connects with Waterloo. These overground routes are a key reason why we are where we are.
From the east, on New Kings Road, take the Bagleys Lane turn (just east of Wandsworth Bridge Road, after Harwood Road on your right – with a moped shop on the corner) which becomes Imperial Road and follow it to the roundabout at our old office and then turn right (east) onto Townmead Road. Don’t try cutting through Chelsea Harbour from Lots Road and the Embankment as this is accessible only for taxis and buses. Follow Townmead Road for several hundred yards, past Imperial Wharf gardens, after which you come to the left turn on Watermeadow Lane where you will see the signs for the Harbour Club.
From Wandsworth Bridge, south and west, take the first right immediately after the bridge, which is Townmead Road. At the Sainsbury’s roundabout, either take the right fork which is William Morris Way or left fork and then first right which is Watermeadow Lane.
There is reserved vistor’s parking – either call us when you get here or ask at reception. The garage entrance is on the back of the building (away from the river) and it’s the first of the two. You can also leave your bike here.
Commuter river taxis connect Chelsea Harbour pier (7 minutes walk from our office along the river front) with Central London, the City and Docklands – but only in the rush hour. You might want to check with us first!
